Which airport do you recommend flying into?
It is easier to fly into the Liberia airport rather than the San Jose airport as it is a shorter drive, 2.5 hours versus 5 hours from San Jose. In addition shuttles are much more readily available, if you need help or recommendations organizing a shuttle feel free to reach out to us!
Do you recommend renting a vehicle?
Yes we would recommend renting either a car from Liberia or renting an ATV locally to get around and explore the area beyond Garza. Everything within Garza is walkable but if you wish to explore Playa Guiones and beyond a vehicle is recommended.

Is there a grocery store nearby?
There is a small market around the corner which has all the basic groceries someone would need. For a large superstore the nearest one is Rinde Mas located in Nosara and is a 20 minute drive.
